Departure for Troyes – Guided
tour of the old medieval town
and visit St Pierre and St Paul
cathedral.
16h-17h30:
Free time in Troyes and back to
the hotel.
19h30:
Departure for Dolancourt for a
dinner at the restaurant “le
Moulin du Landion”, in the
charming and typical
surroundings of an old watermill
dating back from the XVIIth
century.
Day 3: 8h:
Departure for Provins.
10h -12h:
Guided tour of the medieval city
of Provins.
Lunch
time:
Free.
14h-16h:
Free time in Provins and back to
the hotel.
18h30:
Departure for the Champagne
house Chassenay d’Arce located
in Ville sur Arce. Guided tour
of the house followed by a
tasting of special assortments
of dishes served with various
champagnes in the cellars.

Departure for the hotel.
Day 4: 9h:
Departure for Chacenay, a
picturesque village located in
the area of “la Côte des Bar”
10h-11h30:
Guided tour of the medieval
château of Chacenay.

Lunch at the restaurant « Le
